The VGP company has been on the Czech market since 1998. Originally it dealt with coordination and construction of commercial centres like the site of the HILTI company in Prague - Průhonice, SAS Autosystemtechnik, TI Group Automotive System in Nepřevázka and a series of others. As of 2002 the VGP company is developing its own semi-industrial projects, the company successfully completed the production and logistic sites such as Blue Park and Green Park in Prague – Letnany, the administrative complex Green Tower in Prague – Stodůlky. As of May 2006 the VGP company is completing the construction of one of the largest logistic parks in the Czech Republic called VGP Park Horni Pocernice. The philosophy of the company is based on close cooperation with its clients and adaptation of the project to the customer´s ideas. The buildings can be universally utilised at a high standard that allows the use of the areas for not only logistic services but also light production. In the course of the construction the firm adapts its space to meet the wishes of its tenants - the size of the office and production space. VGP provides full service from the construction to the facility management.
